Bengt Järrehult has a background of 34 years in 2 MNCs, AkzoNobel and SCA and a network from innovation practitioners, mainly from other MNCs. He will use this to research on innovation in large, mature companies. The goal is to get large companies to learn from the way small start-ups innovate, something that hopefully will make the big ones more innovative. Bengt is in the board of Innovation Leaders, a network working for the acceptance of the role of innovation leaders commonly accepted in companies. He is also educating at the Master programme Management and Economics of Innovation (MEI).
