Developing a program to support the scholarship of teaching and learning at Chalmers University of Technology

We describe a scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) model comprising four dimensions and the design of a university wide SoTL program at Chalmers to support faculty in all four dimensions of the model. We also describe some specific challenges we have encountered in supporting faculty to do SoTL work.
