Emilie Adouane

Postdoc at Maritime Studies

I am a Postdoc working on sustainable coatings, focusing on lignin-based antifouling solutions. My work involves evaluating the durability and ecotoxicity of innovative antifouling coatings compared to commercial products. With a Ph.D. in natural substances chemistry, I specialize in the chemical communication underlying marine biofilm formation to develop eco-friendly prevention strategies.
