Henrik Dahlberg

I am the Head of the Media Relations and Internal Communications Department at the Communications Division. The department comprises three functions:

The Press Office, which works to generate visibility in Swedish and international media for new research results and other activities at Chalmers.

The Ceremonial Master and Project Management for Events, organising academic ceremonies and high-profile events, such as graduation ceremonies, the annual Doctoral Promotion, and Chalmers’ Annual Celebration.

The Internal Communications Team, responsible for internal news dissemination and the intranet.

As Head of Press, I support Chalmers’ management as well as managers and staff within the organisation in media contact. I also coordinate the Communications Department’s efforts in preparing for communication during serious disruptions and crises.

I hold a degree in Political Science and Journalism, and have previous experience working in media companies, within the Framtiden Group, and at the City Executive Office, Göteborg Municipality.
