Malte Dornieden

Doctoral Student at Terahertz and Millimetre Wave Laboratory

Malte Dornieden received his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin in 2017. After having spent six years in industrial positions where he was involved in the development of transimpedance amplifiers as well as laboratory measurement equipment, Malte is pursuing his PhD at the Terahertz & Millimetre Wave Laboratory since November 2023 where his research involves novel detector concepts for future terahertz wireless communication.
