Mohammad Nikouei

Mohammad Nikouei is an industrial PhD student who is employed by Scania CV AB to perform a detailed investigation on the diesel spray formation at the near-field of the injector nozzles for heavy-duty automotive applications. A thorough understanding of diesel spray formation presents several challenges, especially in the near-field where the position and motion of internal fluid structures are obscured by dense clouds of fuel droplets. However, by means of advanced laser diagnostics techniques, Mohammad Nikouei wants to understand how the spray behaviour is affected by different parameters.
