Maria Neth

Doctoral Student at Water Environment Technology

Maria Neth is Gryaab AB’s industrial PhD student in the Division of Water Environment Technology, research theme Process techniques for wastewater treatment, at Chalmers.
Her work is in the field of “Future sustainable wastewater treatment” and the aim is to obtain more technical knowledge and develop useful tools that will facilitate making sustainable decisions in a future with tighter discharge limits, greater resource recovery and an increasing population. Initially the work will have a holistic approach and then focus on treatment processes that are of interest to large wastewater treatment plants in a sustainable perspective. Process modelling will be one of the tools used in the study.
