Erik Nilebäck

Innovation Advisor at Grants and Innovation Office

As an innovation advisor, Erik Nilebäck provides advice to researchers at Chalmers on strategies and the utilization of research results.

Erik is also working with VFT funding for utilization and coordinates the Innovation Office West, which is a collaboration between Chalmers, Jönköping University, the University of Borås, Halmstad University, the University of Skövde, and the University West.

Erik has previously been a researcher at Chalmers and earned his Ph.D. in 2013 in Bioscience from the Department of Applied Physics. After that, he has held roles in product development, technical sales, and application development within research-related industry at Biolin Scientific. Erik has also several years of serving as a project manager for projects in the fields of material science, pharmaceuticals, med-tech and nanotechnology at the Chalmers Industriteknik foundation.
