Evgeniya Pavlova

Doctoral Student at Chemical Biology

Evgeniya Pavlova is a PhD student in Fredrik Westerlund’s research group at the Division of Chemical Biology. Her research is focused on understanding the protein/DNA and protein/protein interactions in DNA repair. It uses nanofluidic channels in combination with fluorescence microscopy to study the interaction on the single DNA molecule level, as well as prokaryotic live-cell imaging using Bacillus subtilis to study the interaction in vivo.
