Purpose and goal
AI Enhanced Mobility aims to build knowledge, experience and new collaborations for applied AI in the development of the mobility system of the future. The project is an important accelerator for applying AI in the field of mobility and deepening collaboration between AI actors and mobility actors. The vision is that Sweden takes a leading role in the development of a future mobility system for people and goods that is sustainable, safe and accessible to all.
Expected results and effects
The overall goal for AI Enhanced Mobility is to build experience, knowledge and new collaborations in applied AI within the mobility system to create conditions and solutions for the sustainable mobility systems of the future. The project will generate concrete and relevant AI project, build networks of organizations from the AI and mobility area, create increased knowledge and awareness of AI and its potential for the mobility sector and implement structured environmental monitoring and connect with relevant actors and initiatives to create synergies.
Planned approach and implementation
Most of the project is carried out in focus groups where mobility actors and AI experts in road safety and freight transport come together to identify challenges and solutions that can lead to larger projects project. The focus groups each arrange a total of 7 workshops for generating ideas for project and feasibility studies, inspiration and knowledge building. The project also participates in and organizes conferences and initiatives for results- and knowledge sharing in the area.
