Purpose and goal
The project will deliver a plan that supports Vinnova´s assignment from the government, and a national consortium of key players who are ready to implement this.
Expected results and effects
The project will deliver a plan and deliver a ready-to-run consortium to coordinate the innovation ecosystem and meeting places within a national "center for materials and life sciences with ESS and MAX IV as cornerstones". It must meet the overall ambition of the government.
