SmaRt, AutOmated, and ReliaBle SecUrity Service PlaTform for 6G
The evolution of 5G and the emergence of 6G by 2030 have accelerated technological progress, highlighting the necessity for 6G networks to be more programmable, adaptable, and efficient. This drive underscores the importance of full automation to effectively manage and operate the increasingly complex infrastructure of 6G. However, with full automation comes heightened cybersecurity risks. The EU-funded ROBUST-6G project aims to address these heightened cybersecurity risks by developing several artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML)-based solutions. These solutions will focus on advancing AI/ML cybersecurity, implementing zero-touch security management, ensuring privacy and security, promoting energy efficiency and sustainability, and safeguarding AI/ML systems from security breaches.
