Expert Learning Lab Phase 3.0

Research Project, 2025 – 2028

The project´s aim is to strengthen Sweden´s ability to develop and disseminate expert competence in advanced digitalisation through scalable, needs-driven and work-integrated learning solutions. The goal is to establish a sustainable organisation, platform and model that can deliver high-quality learning journeys to 1,500 experts annually, and ensure long-term collaboration, quality and impact for industry and academia.

The project is expected to deliver scalable learning journeys, a functioning digital platform, established partnership and supplier models, and a recognized credentialing structure. The effects will be strengthened expert competence, increased innovative capacity, faster transition in the industry, and a long-term sustainable model for advanced digital skills provision in Sweden.
