Chalmers (Sweden) and The Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) (Switzerland) Collaboration
Research Project, 2017

Sweden is acknowledged as one of the most advanced countries in the world with regard to nuclear waste management, along with Finland.

However, in Sweden, the know how goes way beyond the state of the art in the world due to our already existing Low Lever and Intermediate Level Repositories (situated in Forsmark, Sweden).

Also, at Chalmers we have been conducting research with regard to all type of potential resulting waste from nuclear facilities, having more than 25 years of experience.

PSI has been dealing with a series of issues with regard to treatment and stabilization of organic material containing low to medium amounts of nuclear waste, which together with Chalmers might have a solution.
