System Structure; one representation in Saab Automobile’s Product Model

The challenge is to: develop more complex products, develop multiple products in parallel and shorten the lead-time without increased cost and recourses. One part of the solution is a more effective management and flow of the information needed. This paper will discuss some of the actions Saab have taken to support these new demands.
