A fast estimation algorithm for low-frequency oscillations in power systems
Paper in proceedings, 2011

This paper deals with the application of the Recursive Least Square (RLS) algorithm for estimation of low-frequency oscillations. A novel resetting method to improve the speed of response of the estimation will be described. The effectiveness of the proposed method will be proven through simulation as well as experimental verification.
