Time-Delay Optimization of RSFQ cells

This paper presents a timing model for RSFQ cells, based on conventional finite-state machines description. Such a time model can be integrated, validated and verified in PSCAN numerical simulations and is suitable for VHDL design. Based on this model, a complete design flow -from physical simulations, to VHDL design, layout and verification- is also presented and utilized.
