Measurement and modelling of power quality impact of a stall-regulated wind turbine
Journal article, 2001

In this paper a model of a wind turbine is derived. The purpose of the model is to predict the power quality impact of a wind turbine. The results predicted by the model are compared with measurements made on a 180 kW stall-regulated wind turbine. Good correlation between prediction and measurements are obtained making the model praticularly suited to predict the power quality impact by a wind turbine. It is also found that it is important to use the measured voltages when the assessment of the wind turbine model is performed.
