Drawing Augmented Through Photogrammetry
Conference poster, 2018

Reconstructing three-dimensional objects or spaces solely based on images has thanks to readily available photogrammetry software recently become a viable option for architectural representation. A recent graduate level seminar explored how photogrammetry may be used to capture geometry, color and texture of existing, unique objects for the purposes of using them as a basis to create new designs. In addition, it was used in tandem with 3D-printing to create feedback loops and transfers between an original object, captured digital geometry, and representation.
