Using the Wolfram Demonstrations Project for interactive visualizations in teaching Special Relativity
Journal article, 2009

The aim of this project was to improve learning and intuition in Special Relativity by using interactive visualizations of key concepts. The main tool for this was the Wolfram Demonstrations Project , which is a recent extension of the Mathematica framework. The visualizations were introduced during the lectures when the physics behind them were being covered. After this, the visualizations were made available for download from the course home page enabling the students to experiment on their own.
