A compact wideband antenna for deep hyperthermia applicator
Conference poster, 2013

In this paper we present a compact, wideband antenna to be used in an antenna applicator. This applicator is developed for microwave hyperthermia of deep seated tumours in head and neck. The antenna should be of small size, with wide frequency band and directive radiation pattern. The desired wide bandwidth of 0.4 to 0.9 GHz, is due to multiple frequency approach in our treatment strategy.
