HEB mixers for THz radio astronomy
Paper in proceeding, 2014

Hot-Electron Bolometer (HEB) mixers made of 10 nm superconducting MgB2 films are discussed for high sensitivity high spectral resolution spectrometers for radio astronomy. The key advantage of the used MgB2 films is in achievement of wider Intermediate Frequency (IF) bandwidth.
