Enterprise systems in the form of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems have become the very backbone of organizational value creation. Through this, they both act as enablers and constrainers for processes such as supply chain management.
