Towards a Strategic Framework for Logistic and Production Flow Simulation
Paper in proceeding, 2000

To obtain structured development processes and to integrate modern information technology into the processes are great challenges for any organisation. This paper proposes a strategic framework for how to use discrete event simulation methods and tools in logistics and production. Furthermore, two successful simulation studies in the automotive industry are introduced and discussed.
