Charlotta Kronblad studies the effects of digitalization on the legal industry. Thus she studies the emergence of new business models and organizational structures among legal service firms. This research has a practical importance in the legal industry as well as a more general theoretical significance within the field of professional service firms. Having ten years of legal industry experience Charlotta is also a lecturer in regard to legal aspects of commercial relations, innovation and IP.
