Abdallah Abou-Taouk is a postdoc at the division of Fluid Dynamics at Chalmers University. As a researcher he focuses his research on turbulent combustion modeling for industrial use, specializing in optimization of new multi-step global mechanisms for methane, syngas and biofuels. The research includes also CFD- and thermo-acoustic modeling of industrial Gas turbine combustors. Abdallah enjoy combining competences and initiating international collaborations. His specialties are within fluid dynamics, turbulent combustion, biofuels, numerical simulations, chemical reactions, burner development and optimization.
