Nor Adila is a working on the role of carbohydrate quality low grade systemic inflammation. Inflammation plays a major role for the development of several chronic diseases. Results from her studies may reveal important mechanisms for the role of different carbohydrates in inflammation in the long-run lead to development of healthy food products for chronic disease prevention.
