Amanda Persdotter
Amanda is a PhD student at the division of Energy and materials (Environmental Inorganic Chemistry). Her research is focused on high temperature corrosion issues mainly applied to biomass- and waste fired boilers. In particular the research is focused on using ion- and electron microscopy and spectroscopy techniques to increase the understanding on how alloying elements and exposure environment may influence the microstructure of the oxide scale formed on different steels and alter the properties of the corrosion protection.
