Igor Lapkin
Igor Lapkin received the M.S. degree from Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod) Technical University in 1985, in radio engineering. He is a Research Engineer in the Unit for Advanced Receiver Development, Onsala Space Observatory, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. His fields of interests include optics and cryogenics.
