Patrik Bergagård

Patrik Bergagård is a researcher in the Automation research group. His research interests are system coordination and restart functionality for manufacturing systems, using formal methods, such as supervisory control theory (SCT). He is involved in the FFI project VIRTual COMmissioning (VIRTCOM), which focuses on efficient virtual commission. Patrik’s main focus in the project is on restart, to assure that the commissioned control code/function supports that the manufacturing system can be restarted if the system stops unexpectedly during the production. Patrik is also involved in the project GArbage handling with RoBOts (GARBO). The project studies autonomous loading and unloading of goods for distribution trucks.
