Lars Sjöström

Doctoral Student at Quantum Device Physics

Lars Sjöström is currently pursuing a PhD in spintronics at the Quantum Device Physics Laboratory, Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience, Chalmers University of Technology, where he studies spin and magneto transport in newly discovered 2D topological quantum materials. His research focuses on device fabrication and subsequent electrical and magnetic characterisation of these novel materials for the application of fast, nonvolatile and energy-efficient all-electrical spintronic memory and logic technologies.
