Preparing a new conceptualisation of building processes, integrating sustainability and a resource-economic value production

This CMB pre-project aims to set the ground for a new research theme on the transition towards an integrated resource-economic construction management and value production in building projects, which is aimed to be explored with subsequent projects. This research proposes the carrying out of a screening/mapping and overview – by analyzing and documenting the relevant existing literature, as well as investigating any documentation and practices on the new expert practitioners’ responses towards an integrated resource-economic construction management.
