Improving Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease with Biomedical Radar
Research Project, 2024 – 2025

The purpose of this research project is to enhance the clinical assessment of Parkinson disease with objective data, through automating motor functional tests with advanced sensor technologies, such as biomedical radar.

By capturing the mobility function changes that are not visible to the naked eye, we hypothesize that this technology could help to identify early signs of PD, monitor disease progression and faciliate individualized rehabilitation.
