Global Assembly Instruction Strategy (GAIS)
Research Project, 2013 – 2015

The aim is to strengthen Swedish production development, by developing new techniques and standards for smart information and communication systems and mobile support tools.

GAIS will reduce the non-value-adding time (NVA) for the operators. This, by making the information flow more efficient and lessen the number of infromation carriers. GAIS will also make the system more flexible for a global market.
