Nordic Rye forum was formed in 2017 and included initially researchers from seven universities and institutes and five companies. Later on, researchers from three additional research institutions were included. The aim for the two year grant period (2017-2018) was to strengthen research and innovation, exploit ongoing scientific research, and increase public and consumer awareness in the area of rye and health.
