GARFIEID intends to get a strategic consensus on automation strategies and involvement of staff by implementing digital learning tools in the form of an innovative gaming platform. Through custom learning and adaptive courses each comes Individuals get different types of theory depending on results. This allows the course to be adapted to the individual and that people from different parts of the organization can acquire knowledge of the course. Future leaders in collaborative automation will be trained at Chalmers, both in force
students and operators. GARFIELD wants to increase utilization through new innovative knowledge transfer. The intention is also to reduce the administrative burden for college by ensuring that students are motivated to get through their education during the intended study time, this also applies to operators who further education Chalmers. This should be done by using different design principles in the pedagogical the arrangement for Chalmers digital courses. The design principles are derived from interaction design
and game design so-called gamification / gaming.
