E-motors and inverters for large scale EV-implementation - both cost-effective and energy efficient
Research Project, 2019 –

This project will assess the possibility to reduce cost and reduce the environmental impact by avoiding rare-earth metals and replace cupper with aluminium as conductors in the electric machines. These replacements come with a cost, and that is the power density and the risk of reduced efficiency.
