Objective and Goal - Fulfillment The goal of this study was to increase the knowledge of the maritime industry. This goal has been achieved to a large extent. Result and Expected Effects - Outcome Expected effects from this study was an increased interest for the maritime industry, from a regional, national and international perspective. These effects have been reached in several ways. Approach and Implementation - Analysis This study has analyzed the maritime industry through national public statistics concerning companies in the maritime industry. The statistics have been enhanced throug qualitative assessments to strengthen the analysis.
