Job Enlargement

This article describes an approach to job design that provides a way of increasing job satisfaction and motivation. A greater amount of work is carried out as a way of increasing worker involvement, but the level of work remains unchanged. This can lead to greater job satisfaction and, as a result, higher performance and better quality.
