This book was written for and financed by the Swedish metal workers union (IF Metall is Swedish). And, it summarizes the authors’’ insights and experiences regarding assembly work within the Swedish automotive industry in more popular terms (it was used for this organization’s education, as well as made available on their public website). And, this book features a preface written by the official head (chairman) of the organisation (Göran Johnsson Metall).
