Cross-Phase-Modulation-Based Wavelength Conversion in Low-Stress Silicon-Rich Nitride Waveguide

We report cross-phase-modulation-based wavelength conversion of 10 Gb/s RZ-OOK using a low-stress silicon-rich nitride waveguide. The waveguide is engineered to display flat and low dispersion over the entire C+L bands.
