Motion of bio-hybrid microswimmers in optical potentials
Paper in proceeding, 2017

The behavior of microswimmers in the form of half-gold-coated silica Janus spheres with attached bacteria through streptavidin-biotin binding is studied in harmonic optical potentials, as well as in more complex (speckle) optical potentials.
