Continuous-wave nonlinear optics in low-stress silicon-rich nitride waveguides
Paper in proceeding, 2015

We demonstrate CW-pumped wavelength conversion in low-stress silicon-rich nitride waveguides. The ability to grow thick silicon-rich layers simultaneously enables high-field confinement, dispersion engineering and handling high-power levels without two-photon absorption effects.
