Ökologische Männlichkeiten: Auf dem Weg zu einer neuen Normalität

For a long time, feminists of different shades have called for a change in masculine norms and behaviors; not least in connection to environmental issues. Simultaneously, as toxic masculinities are making their way around the globe, the exposed toxicity might also come with heightened awareness of the problems and a powerful movement of change. In this paper both these tendencies are described thus with a focus on what might become the new normal in a world in which we as humanity deal with the ecocidal challenges we are in the midst of; theory and praxes of ecological masculinities.
