Sustainable development of manufacturing SMEs through action learning development programs
Paper in proceeding, 2024

Abstract:
In industrial innovation support programs or improvement programs, industry personnel are coached in learning and practicing new development approaches. This paper uses empirical data from a program where ten small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were coached in learning and practicing green lean production practices and set aims towards the agenda 2030. Surveys, interviews and workshops with coaches and firm representatives were used to describe and evaluate the support and methods used and the learning effects in the program.
