Ultrafast thermodynamics in SrTiO3: Beyond perturbation

We investigate ultrafast dynamics in SrTiO₃ using molecular dynamics and phonon analysis. Exciting the ferroelectric mode mimicking laser response, we observe upconversion in line with experiments. Our approach provides insights into entropy production and microscopic upconversion mechanisms.
