Transfer Learning for QoT Estimation in Time-Varying Optical Networks

QoT estimation is essential for efficient spectrum utilization and to minimize lightpath reconfigurations. However, the time-varying state of optical networks complicates this task. We explore transfer learning to adapt QoT models to evolving network conditions.
