Go create trust and rapport in culturally diverse teams
Other conference contribution, 2025

Working in culturally diverse teams is a growing element of workplace life and many universities aim to foster global teamworking skills in their graduates. A key feature of effective teamworking is members’ ability to work together with mutual trust and rapport. This session considers the factors that affect these facets and reports on research revealing evidence of student perceptions and the implications of this. We invite participants to discuss these, and also share their own experiences.
