1.8-Meter-Long Low-Loss Nonlinear Rib Waveguide for Integrated Optical Parametric Amplifiers
Paper in proceeding, 2026

We demonstrate a 1.8-m dispersion-engineered Si3N4 rib waveguide with a meandered architecture. The device exhibits losses down to 2 dB/m and anomalous dispersion near 1610 nm, potentially enabling compact low-noise integrated parametric amplifiers and receivers.
