Energy‑Efficient RF Power Amplifiers: Advances in Load Modulation Architectures and Artificial Intelligence‑Driven Inverse Design
Journal article, 2026

As data throughput continues to increase exponentially, the next generation of wireless communication systems must provide significantly higher capacity to support a growing number of users and emerging data‑intensive applications. At the same time, the world is facing an escalating energy crisis, resulting in significant environmental and economic impacts. These trends highlight the urgent need to improve the energy efficiency of wireless networks while simultaneously increasing data throughput. Both objectives are essential for 6G and future wireless communication systems.
